Incoming Vehicles is weighed and recorded. Most raw materials need not to go through Pre-process, but some large pieces of Palm cuttings and Bark do need Pre-shredding. We use Wood Chipper, as well as Single Shaft Shredder depending on type of materials to be cut. Generally size is reduced down to 50 mm.

Sampling and Pre-conditioning
Sampling on raw materials is generally done by the techniques of Quartering down to 1 kg. Test performs for Organic carbon content, Moisture, Nitrogen content in order to determine the right amount of mixture for co-composting, for example, Wood and Animal Excretes. A right mixture will ensure high quality outcomes as well as shorten composting time.
A determined mixture will be pre-mixed and raise moisture content up to 60-70 % by water spraying. This starting point may vary in some climate conditions and seasonal changes.
