Humus Org is an authorized dealer of all composting line of machinery from Association of 3 Co.,ltd. We do also rent out our mobile machinery for customer short duration of time.  We do also provide maintenance services on various compost machinery.

Mobile Wood Chipper

This mobile wood chipper comes completed with diesel engine 75 hP. It can be towed easily by pickup truck.  It is ideal for palm leaves cutting and all types of wood up to 10 inch in diameter.  The teeth on drum cutter is easily changed and maintain  Capacity of this chipper is approximately 30 m3/hr.

Single Shaft Shredder

We offer two series of this shredder, they are 200 hP and 400 hP versions.  Due to their large size, they are generally made for stationary installation using electric power.  Shredding capacity is up to 100 m3/hr.

Windrow Turner

Windrow Turner is used for Trapezoidal pile, they are excellent in oxygenating the pile as well as reducing the size of organic while turning.  It comes in two model T30 is for 3.0 m. base pile with capacity of 1,000 m3/hr.  The larger version is T45 for 4.5 m. base pile with capacity of over 1,800 m3/hr.


Mobile Trommel Screen

This Mobile Trommel has a 2.0 m. diameter and 4.8 m. length cylindrical drum as part of the main component.  They are also equipped with adjustable loading tank, diesel engine, PLC controlled It is used for separating fractions of final compost from larger parts of unfinished organics.  Capacity is approximately 50 m3/hr.

Sludge Hauling Tank

In most cases, sludge hauling tank can reduce water content in sludge of up to 90%, this enable the lower cost of transportation.  Polymer injection system is often used to coalesce sludge particle for easy settling in tank screen partitioned in tank.  Tank has similar size to 20 ft. container, can be easily hooked lift and transport in and out of compost facility.
